**** We have now closed our holiday accommodation. A huge thank you to everyone who's stayed in our holiday cottage, B&B and little upstairs apartment over so many years. We hope you have happy memories and will continue to enjoy visiting lovely Sheringham! Warmest wishes, Liz and Kevin ****

Magnolia Cottage, in the seaside town of Sheringham, is a picturesque Edwardian house with character, charm and history. A peaceful retreat, yet close to the heart of town, it's perfectly placed for exploring the beautiful North Norfolk coast.

The holiday cottage adjoins our home and is private, quiet and self contained. It's on the ground floor, level throughout, with ample parking and a sunny seaside style garden. We take pride in ensuring the cottage is always beautifully presented, comfortable and welcoming. Many of our guests return year after year, and we have consistent top ratings online.

This is the perfect Sheringham location, a leafy enclave of Edwardian houses, just a stroll from the seafront, beach and bustling little high street. Around the corner are the clifftop golf course, steam railway and brand new leisure pool. The Coasthopper bus and Bittern Line train to Norwich are conveniently close, and there are miles of spectacular coast and country walks from the door.

Sheringham lies on the North Norfolk coast, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, an unspoilt landscape of saltmarsh, shingle and glorious beaches. There's a wealth of interest in a compact area: stately homes and gardens, steam trains, pretty market towns, wildlife reserves, seal colonies, birdwatching, the Norfolk Coast Path and a fabulous array of eating spots, all served by excellent transport links.

We moved to Sheringham from Yorkshire in 2012, having fallen in love with North Norfolk over thirty years of our own family holidays; living in this special place is a joy. We look forward to meeting you!
